The browser keeps a track of where you went last on the internet, this is called a history. It can be useful to check the history if you want to remember where you have been, or have forgotten a website address.
To view the history go to the tool bar at the top of the browser. This has buttons which allow easy and quick access to a number of features. Click on the history button on the tool bar. This is usually, but not always, next to the favourites button. This will call up a window with a list of all the latest pages on websites which have been visited.
Click on the day that you want to view. The history can be stored for weeks. Remember though it is possible to clear the history, so it’s not always possible to check where people have been.
